  I am not a big fan of fast food for health reasons. With this said, I understand that many people do like fast-food, and eat it on a regular basis. The scoring for this Jack in the Box will not be based on competition with other higher-end restaurants. This would be incredibly unfair for all fast food restaurants. I believe in fairness. The score will be based on similar establishments that sell essentially the same items. This Jack in the box is located on grand and Stadium Way in Pullman Washington. It right on the corner of two very busy streets and access to this establishment is rather difficult to get into, but well worth it once you get inside. I have eaten at this Jack in the Box a number of times and the customer service is always very good. The food is generally hot and fresh. The food is also relatively inexpensive when compared to other fast-food restaurants. On my last visit, an employee by the name of Bruce Wayne (this is his real name), helped me, and did a very good job. He did everything that would be expected for excellent customer service at a fast food restaurant. Overall I would consider this restaurant a better choice than say a McDonald's or Arby's because of overall better customer service, price, and freshness of food. The jumbo jacks have all the vegetables unlike many similar establishments. This is a plus if you like that kind of thing. The french fries are not quite as good as what I got at McDonald's. I still feel this Jack in the Box is better than the McDonalds' I have been to because it's less expensive with better customer service and in my opinion has better tasting burgers.
